- Download and install the Application on a Device that you own or control; and
- Access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or its content to you.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Application except as permitted by law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, except where such activity cannot legally be restricted;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Application;
- Use the Application for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- Use bots, cheats, exploits, scripts, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools;
- Manipulate rewarded-ad completion, purchase validation, or in-game rewards;
- Circumvent progression, security, advertising, or payment systems;
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service; or
- Use the Application to violate any applicable law.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Service and its contents are owned by or licensed to TARS Interactive.
This includes, without limitation:
- Software and source code;
- Game systems and mechanics;
- Characters and enemies;
- Artwork, models, animations, and visual effects;
- Music and sound effects;
- Text, logos, trademarks, and branding;
- Interface design;
- Game data and documentation; and
- In-game rewards, virtual items, and digital content.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, TARS Interactive retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content.
No rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Updates, Availability, and Feature Changes
We may release updates, patches, fixes, improvements, balance changes, or new content for the Application.
Updates may be required for continued access to certain features.
We may change, suspend, disable, or remove features at any time where reasonably necessary for technical, security, balancing, legal, business, or operational reasons.
Features may be unavailable in certain countries, on certain Devices, or in certain versions of the Application.
Some features may be disabled or unavailable in the current release, including certain missions, offline-income functionality, daily rewards, chest-key functionality, and other progression or reward systems. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
7. Rewarded Advertisements
The Application may offer optional rewarded advertisements through third-party advertising and mediation services, including Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and other partners configured through those services.
Rewarded advertisements may be offered when you choose to receive an in-game benefit, such as:
- An additional shop reward;
- A Lucky Spin attempt;
- A chest reward;
- A death-respawn benefit;
- A temporary or permanent gameplay bonus; or
- Another optional reward made available by the Application.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. You may continue using the non-ad portions of the Application without watching an advertisement, although some optional rewards may not be available unless the applicable advertisement is completed.
The current advertising configuration is intended to provide contextual, non-personalized advertising. Advertising providers may still process technical, device, fraud-prevention, impression, completion, click, and diagnostic information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee that an advertisement will always be available, load successfully, display correctly, or be available in every country or on every Device.
A rewarded benefit is granted only after the advertising service confirms successful completion. Closing, skipping, abandoning, failing, or interrupting an advertisement may result in no reward.
Reward values, reward types, eligibility requirements, frequency limits, and ad availability may change without notice where legally permitted.
You must not:
- Click or interact with advertisements fraudulently;
- Use automation or scripts to generate ad impressions or completions;
- Manipulate ad callbacks or reward events;
- Use modified software to obtain rewards; or
- Interfere with advertising-provider systems.
Advertising providers may apply their own terms and policies.
8. Virtual Currency and Digital Content
The Application may provide virtual currency, including gems, and other digital content such as:
- Rewards;
- Experience;
- Weapons;
- Stat increases;
- Damage bonuses;
- Health bonuses;
- Spins;
- Chest rewards;
- Respawn benefits; and
- Other in-game items or effects.
Virtual currency and digital content:
- Have no cash value;
- Are not bank deposits or financial assets;
- Cannot be exchanged for money or other goods;
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person;
- Cannot be used outside the Application;
- May not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law; and
- Do not give you ownership of any underlying software or intellectual property.
Where permitted by applicable law, virtual currency and digital content are licensed to you for use within the Application rather than sold as physical property.
We may adjust, rebalance, replace, suspend, or remove virtual currency and digital content where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, balance, or update the Application.
Virtual balances may be affected by:
- Application updates;
- Device failure;
- Uninstallation;

When you make an in-app purchase:
- You agree to the applicable app store’s payment terms;
- You authorize the app store to charge the selected payment method;
- The displayed price and currency are determined by the applicable app store;
- Taxes may be applied according to your location and the app store’s rules; and
- You must have valid authorization for any purchase made through your account or Device.
Apple’s terms may be found at:
Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
10. Purchase Restoration and Refunds
Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restorable through the Application’s Restore Purchases function and the applicable app store’s systems.
Consumable purchases may not be restorable after they have been delivered or consumed, except where required by applicable law or the applicable app store’s policies.
For Apple purchases, refund requests should generally be submitted through Apple’s official support or refund process:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com
TARS Interactive cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund.
If you believe that a purchase was not delivered correctly, contact:
11. Game Progress and Local Data
The current Application does not require registration, an online account, or sign-in.
The Application may store gameplay progress, settings, purchase-related state, and other information locally on your Device.
You are responsible for maintaining your Device and any backups available through your operating system.
We do not guarantee that locally stored progress will always be preserved. Progress may be lost because of:
- Device failure;
- Uninstallation;
- Clearing application data;
- Operating-system changes;
- Application updates;
- Corrupted data;
- Device migration;
- Unauthorized modification; or
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Apple may maintain purchase records independently of local game data.

Relevant third-party terms may include:
14. Website Links
The Website may include links to third-party websites.
We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for:
- Their content;

- Their products or services; or
- Any loss or damage resulting from your use of them.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website that you visit.

- You breach these Terms;
- You use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software;
- You manipulate advertisements, purchases, or rewards;
- You engage in fraud or abuse;
- Your use creates a security or legal risk;
